An Event Tailored For Your Team
The event will be tailored to meet the specific needs and interests of your team. We will consult with you to determine the kinds of booths that are of interest prior to beginning outreach. Community resources will be secured and showcased. Our team will design an incentive plan to encourage employees to not only attend the event, but also engage with many of the vendors, and above all, have fun. We also will provide promotional materials to be distributed to employees prior to the event.
Provide Support on the Day of the Event
We will arrive early to get things set up and meet vendors and help set up your registration table complete with the sign-in sheet, raffle cards, and an area for vendor door prizes. Prior to your event, we will determine which of our own booths fits the occasion (popular ones range from bone density or skin damage screenings, nutrition demonstrations, general educational booths, or finger prick cholesterol readings). Our team will be there for the duration of the event, keeping things interesting and helping when needed.
