Save the Date for Our 5th Annual Blood Drive & Wellness Fair

The Scott Lawson Companies invites you to our 5th Annual Blood Drive and Wellness Fair, Tuesday, June 3 at the Scott Lawson Companies headquarters at 20 Chenell Drive in Concord.

The fair is free with events and exhibits focused on health, wellness, and safety. Activities will include test driving the Distracted Driving Crash Simulator, the American Express Blood Bus for much needed blood donations, learning the benefits of reiki from Reiki Empowers Healing, and much more. Participating health and wellness exhibitors include 8 Limbs Holistic Health, Executive Health and Sports Center, Infinitely Chiropractic, Runner’s Alley, and Vilari’s Self Defense. Visitors can also enjoy food from Rustic Crust Pizza, enter the wellness raffle, and take home lots of fabulous giveaways.

Five years ago, the Blood Drive and Wellness Fair was created as an extension of the Scott Lawson Companies’ robust wellness programs offered to its clients, and from its commitment to its staff and the local community. According to Stephanie Ceccherini, Wellness Coordinator, “We were looking to provide our own staff with a wellness fair to show them what is available in our community, as we do with many of our clients. We thought it would be a nice event to offer to our neighbors.” What began as two separate employee events – the blood drive and the wellness fair – is now a combined, community event open to the public.

To donate blood, please schedule an appointment at [email protected] or call 603.228.3610 or stop by the Scott Lawson Companies office at 20 Chenell Drive, Concord to sign-up. Last year between staff and numerous guests 24 pints were collected and we’d like to match that amount this year.
